Our training course on the manufacturing process of margarine and edible fats was highly appreciated and successfully attended by our customers, business partners and sales companies around the world.
Our seminar included:
- The complete production process of various edible fats
- Technical design and details of the scraped surface heat exchanger technology
- Introduction to refrigeration technique
- Information on product variety and quality assessment of edible fats
- Basic formulations and details on product specifications with subsequent pilot tests
Furthermore, the training was completed by a hands-on-training in our workshop, to gain practical experience from all machines and process components of RONO. Our training was highly appreciated by all participants and another seminar is planned for next year.
